Our aim is to provide affordable Travel & Business accommodation for our valued guests. Our long term guests become loyal return guests, thus becoming friends and ultimately feel like family. Last year we served over 10 000 guests from all walks of life and certainly with a varying level of service expected.
We know that you rightly expect a friendly, efficient and informative service delivered in a consistent way when you stay with us and we work really hard to try and deliver that. We know that things can unfortunately go wrong from time to time which means we fall short of your expectation.
Hearing about your personal experience helps us to learn from our mistakes and gives us valuable feedback on how we can improve our service.
